WARRANTY POLICY

 

Have a 12 month warranty on all products and accessories unless stated otherwise on the specific product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear or if the item was used in a way it wasn't intended for.

We wont be able to honour any warranty claim if it was discovered that the item was tampered with, installed correctly or general maintenance was not carried out.

Damage from normal use on road and off-road like rocks or wildlife and any other accidents will not be covered under the warranty.

Damage is transit is not covered and if you would like to take out insurance for shipping let us know.

All warranty claims will be return to base if the product is to be found faulty then we will ship a replacement to your address.

If product isn't found to be faulty you would be required to pay shipping both ways to and from us.

We take no responsibility if the product you purchase does not fit or work in the way you intended. The products we sell are for a very wide range of applications and unless specified, please contact a suitably qualified installer to see if the product your purchasing is compatible for your application.
